Beth Damron
Beth Damron

Beth is a native of Alabama and has been a resident of Birmingham for 15 years. She has an undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of North Alabama and has been pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She values cultivating safe spaces for individuals to share their unique stories and looks forward to collaborating with students to reach their healing and wellness goals.

Caroline Jansen
Caroline Jansen

Caroline is a wife and mother of 3. She has a Bachelor's Degree in studio art with a concentration in painting and drawing from the University of Georgia, and is currently working towards a Master’s in Social Work at Samford University. She is passionate about addressing mental health through a holistic lens and is honored to journey alongside students as they navigate the ups and downs of this life season. When she’s not chasing her children through the garden you can find her in her painting studio sipping coffee, hiking with her family, or reading a good book.

Joel Park
Joel Park

Joel Park grew up in Illinois and has lived in Birmingham since 2019. He and his wife reside on the east side of Birmingham with their golden retriever and chocolate labrador. Joel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from Moody Bible Institute and an Master's of Divinity. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College. Joel is passionate about how counseling provides a space to be present and attentive to what is going on inside of us. Joel has experience working within church environments, contemplating vocational choices, and addressing complex family dynamics.
