Seibert Hall

Located in the university's new, four-story, 165,000-square-foot recreation complex, Seibert Hall features basketball, racquetball and pickleball courts, along with studios for spin classes, yoga, pilates, Zumba and barre core. There are tonal strength stations, free weights, cardio and circuit training, turf areas, billiards, an elevated jogging track, a coffeehouse and a 24-hour market.

Intramural Fields

The intramural fields are home to the outdoor intramural sports such as flag football, soccer, softball, and Ultimate Frisbee. There is also a sand volleyball court, outdoor basketball court and covered pavilion available for students to use.

Procedures

Event Reservation and Rentals

  1. All spaces in Seibert Hall may be reserved for an event/activity.
  2. All request for events/activities must go through Event management for approval.
  3. Event Management will work with Campus REC to ensure the space is available for usage.
    • At this time, both groups will work on dates the event can start setting up and when it needs to be clean up.
  4. Once it is agreed upon, Event Management will work with the group for event execution.
    • All fees and additional charges will be set and sent by Event Management.

Guest Pass Procedure

  1. Students, faculty or staff members could purchase a guest pass for 1 person to come workout with them.
  2. The guest pass is $15 a day.
  3. The guest must be 18 years of age or older.
  4. The guest must provide a photo ID.
  5. Once the guest has been approved, the member will scan in, and the guest will be directed by the Campus REC staff to enter.
· At all times the member and guest must be in the facility together. If the member leaves, the guest must leave.
· All sales are final, and no refunds will be allowed.
· This pass is only good for that day and if you are going to re-enter, the Campus REC staff will check your information to make sure your pass is current.
