This training provides pharmacy technicians with the latest updates on handling hazardous drugs (HDs) in accordance with USP <800> standards. The goal is to enhance healthcare worker and patient safety in environments where HDs are handled and compounded.

This live, knowledge-based CPE activity is intended for all pharmacy technicians. The activity is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) for 2 hours (0.2 CEUs) of CPE credit. Credit will be awarded to participants who attend the entire activity and completes all activity assessments. The CPE activity will be presented virtually via the Zoom conferencing platform.
