Samford University students will begin spring semester classes Monday, Jan. 28.
Samford provost Dr. Brad Creed will address the semester-opening convocation Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Wright Center. His topic will be "Living Between Career and Vocation."
The convocation will also feature the presentation of the George Macon Memorial Award to a faculty member for outstanding performance as a teacher, counselor, friend and inspiration to students.
