Prior to coming to Samford, Benjamin was a school class salutatorian, National Honors Society Member, AP scholar, and member of the baseball team at Davidson Academy in Nashville, TN. While attending Samford, Benjamin plans to study Biochemistry with a premed focus. After graduation, Benjamin plans to earn a Masters in Biochemistry and then attend medical school to become an orthopedic surgeon.
