With three nighttime kickoffs and enthusiasm growing for the debut season of coach John Grass, Samford football has announced kickoff times and game promotions for the 2026 home schedule.

Sept. 26 vs VMI, 2:30 p.m.

Amid the Family Weekend celebration that includes live music, food trucks and fun tailgating, the Bulldogs will host SoCon foe VMI, seeking a fifth consecutive win over the Keydets.

Oct. 17 vs Mercer, 6 p.m.

With the Bears coming to Homewood for an important SoCon game, fans are encouraged to participate in a “Blue Out” on “First Responders Night.” The Bulldogs have beaten Mercer three consecutive times at home.

Oct. 31 vs Wofford, 6 p.m.

A Halloween night “Spooky Sam” game promises trick-or-treating fun for all ages as Samford seeks its 10th win in the last 12 meetings against Wofford.

Nov. 14 vs Western Carolina, 2:30 p.m.

As the Samford campus enjoys the vibe of Homecoming weekend, the home regular-season schedule concludes with “Faith and Family Night.”

The Bulldogs' schedule also features in-state away matchups against North Alabama, UAB and Auburn:

Aug. 29 at North Alabama, 6 p.m.

Oct. 3 at UAB, 2:30 p.m.

Nov. 21 at Auburn, 2:30 p.m.
