Operations, Planning and Construction is a unit within the division of Finance and Business Affairs.
Capital Planning and Improvement
This office is responsible for construction and renovation projects on campus. The Associate Vice President for Operations, Planning and Construction directs capital planning and improvement initiatives on campus.
Facilities Management
This office is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of campus facilities and infrastructure and includes building access and security, energy management, custodial services, pest control, and waste management. It consists of a team of HVAC and general maintenance technicians, skilled craftsmen, and physical security specialists under the supervision of the Director of Facilities Management.
Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance
This office is responsible for maintaining safe and attractive campus grounds and athletic and intramural fields under the supervision of the Sports Turf Manager.
Logistics
This office is responsible for event setup and relocation of office furniture and equipment on campus under the supervision of the Logistics Director.
