Birmingham will welcome more than 9,000 Southern Baptists June 10–12 at the annual Southern Baptist Convention. The event, hosted at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex, gathers leaders and active members to share ideas, learn about ministry groups, hear from new entity leaders and vote on resolutions and new officers of the 15-million-member denomination.

Samford will host booth 415 at the convention where attendees can visit different tables to learn more from Beeson Divinity School, Samford’s Office of Admission and other departments and programs including Biblical and Religious Studies, Christian Ministry, Worship and the Arts, Congregational Resources, Preministerial Scholars and the Ministry Training Institute

In addition to informational tables, Samford will also livestream conversations with key leaders throughout the three-day event. The conversations will cover theological education, Christian missions, and evangelicalism.
