Samford's Brock School of Business will present a special forum on the current economic and financial crisis Monday, Oct. 27 from 4-5 p.m. in Brock Recital Hall. A panel of experts will discuss current economic events, including the upcoming presidential election.

The panel will include:

Dr. Lowell Broom, Professor of Accounting and Chair, Department of Accounting & Management Information Systems

Dr. Randolph Horn, Associate Professor of Political Science

Dr. Stefan Norrbin, Professor of Economics & Beeson Professor of Business, and Chair, Department of Economics, Finance & Quantitative Analysis

Dr. Beck Taylor, Professor of Economics & Dean, Brock School of Business

Prof. John Venable, Assistant Professor of Business and Faculty Advisor, Bulldog Investment Fund

Dr. Melissa Woodley, Assistant Professor of Finance

Randy Pittman, Samford's Vice President for University Relations, will moderate the forum.

The event is free-of-charge and open to the public.
