Author and Christian apologist Dinesh D'Souza will speak at Samford University Thursday (April 17) at 7 p.m. in Reid Chapel. The public is invited free of charge.
In his most recent book, What's So Great About Christianity, D'Souza analyzes the significance and uniqueness of the Christian faith.
A former policy analyst in the Ronald Reagan White House, D'Souza is also the author of What's So Great About America (2002), The Enemy at Home (2006) and other books.
D'Souza's lecture is sponsored by the Samford Student Government Association's speakers series, according to SGA president Rob Howell.
Samford is a leading Christian university offering undergraduate programs grounded in the liberal arts with an array of nationally recognized graduate and professional schools.
