Samford University’s Department of Geography and Sociology will host a sociology alumni panel Feb. 23 to emphasize the variety of careers available to sociology majors.

The panel will include:

Brooke Perez-Bissel
Graduate student–Samford fast-track Master of Social Work program

Jake Landen
Science teacher, 7th grade–International Baccalaureate School

Hope Hamilton Schumacher
Alabama licensed midwife

Caroline Coleman
Graduate student–Samford fast-track Master of Public Health program

The panel will begin at 3:30 p.m. in Brock Forum, Dwight Beeson Hall room 111.
