Your Future is Here.

At Samford, you’ll find that the four pillars we rest on are foundational to your success both during and long after your time here. The pillars will help you identify and pursue your goals through one of Samford’s 183 undergraduate majors, minors and concentrations.

A Place for Opportunity

At Samford, student engagement is reached through abundant opportunity. It’s your voice in prayer at Reid Chapel, cheering for the Bulldogs in the Pete Hanna Center, and the new 154,000-square-foot wellness center supporting your holistic health. It’s in the dedication to campus safety and the traditions you'll cherish long after graduation, reminding you that your passion can lead to greatness.

“The community at Samford is truly special. It’s a place where students, faculty and staff come together with a shared belief system and a vision for the future. It gives me a home away from home, one that encourages my faith and sets me on a firm foundation, while fostering academic ambition.”

Community that inspires

As Rachel Fuentes entered her freshman year at Samford, she sought a thriving campus with an uplifting community, Christ-centered education, and academic programs in political science. Samford checked all those boxes and more. Initially nervous about sharing living space as an only child, Rachel soon found that the girls in her residence hall became some of her closest friends. Along with forming lifelong friendships, she met professors who made the classroom exciting and encouraged curiosity. Now, as a member of the Samford Equestrian and Recruitment teams, Rachel has gained a vibrant, supportive community that fuels her personal and professional development.
