As a certified teacher in the state of Alabama, Betsy Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in early childhood and elementary education from Samford University. She has experience teaching in several schools throughout the Birmingham area. Returning to Samford is like “coming home” for her, as she worked on campus for two years as a student and lived on campus all four years of her undergraduate experience.
